If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Pardo Australia Pty Ltd is an Australian business and all prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and the packaging must not be damaged.

Pardo Australia reserves the right to refuse a return for any goods which packaging is not in original as purchased condition including rips, tears, resealed, dirty or in any way altered.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item you must follow this process;

  1. Contact Pardo Australia by phone or email to advise invoice number, location of goods, details of reason for request to return the item.
  2. Pardo Australia will ask to identify the item and check its in original packaging and condition. The purchaser will be required to provide photographs of the item in order for Pardo Australia to do this. However, at this point Pardo Australia reserve the right to refuse a full credit if the goods are returned and found not to be in original packaging and condition as described above.
  3. If return is approved then customer must arrange and pay to freight the goods back to Pardo Australia.
  4. Once Pardo Australia receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) less a 20% restocking fee for handling, unless you are returning the product to swap for another one of our products at the same or greater value, in which case we may not charge the full restocking and handling fee. You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
